This item is not leather but rather a very cheap leather imitation. Save your money and put it towards something of quality even if you decide to go with a non leather product. This is just cheap and it looks cheap. No way is this a deluxe product marked down….remember, if it is too good to be true, it is not true! Stay away.

I had to add several pieces of Velcro to complete the case: when open the iPad can slip out the top So Velcro on the strap is essential. Also added Velcro to the back to keep the cover in place. Had to punch a hole where the ambient light sensor is. Other than that it works until I can determine what would be a good case for me. It could also use a stiffer hinge.

I’ve been using this iPad case for about a month now and it perfectly serves its purpose. The stand is very useful when watching movies. The only “flaw” I can see is that the material looks a bit cheap, but so far it seems durable nonetheless.

I bought this as a gift for my cousin so he could protect his Ipad. He wasn’t aware that I got it at a $14 (including shipping) price tag and wanted to pay me for it. It fits perfectly and the entire screen is visible, light sensor not blocked, and he loves the stand as any regular reader would.

They picture the snap flap on the wrong side. It’s actually on the iPad side, which means when you are using the case as a stand, the snap flap sticks up in the air like a bad hair day.
