I’ve had my IPAD 3G since release by Apple. Took my time deciding which case I liked based on price, material and availability. This case is good for the IPAD. Fits well, the price is right, material (while not leather) feels and looks great.
The only downside is that two corners on the IPAD may be exposed for possible damage in the form of scratches etc. Thus far no problems.
Overall – very happy with my choice.

I just received this item and it’s almost prefect. I was a little annoyed to realize that the item has a magnetic closure. The one pictured on the website has a snap closure. I know it’s a minute detail but call me anal I really would have preferred the snap closure. I tried to go about getting another one with the snap closure and it proved to be too difficult. Otherwise it’s a great looking case! I just hope the magnet doesn’t have any adverse affects on the 3G or GPS.

I ordered an expensive black leather case for my iPad and bought this one for my husband. We have traded, and I am very happy about it. All I wanted in this product was a cover to protect my iPad – this case does have little bumps to prop the iPad on to keep it open, should I need to – and I feel like this does what I bought it to do. The *only* thing weird about this case is that the design is a little bit counterintuitive. That is, that the top of it (the part that you see in the picture with the band down it), like the cover of a book, is really the base that you anchor the iPad in. When you open it, the iPad goes flailing to the side. I keep the band on the bottom and all is well. The band is nice when I want to toss the iPad in a bag and want to make sure it stays closed and the wimpy magnet flap just won’t cut it. Great product, Great value, Great purchase.

This product arrived to me, exactly as described, and on-time. It looks great, and it works great. I’ve gotten many comments on it, all positive, about how nice it makes my iPad look.
That said, it is still fake leather, so it does get damaged and scuffed pretty easily. And i’m not sure why it was designed the way It was. It seems to be backwards. When you hold it like a book, looking at the front cover, and open it, you would think the iPad would be on the back side of the back cover, with the iPad facing you. Instead, it is on the backside of the front cover with the iPad upside down, so it takes a little getting used to. This is a small gripe when you think about the value of this thing, and how good it looks.
BTW, I haven’t tried the headrest strap, because I haven’t needed it, but I get the impression that the elastic in the band is somewhat cheap, and would easily get stretched out, but take that with a grain of salt, because, like I said, I haven’t used it.

I enjoy using this case with the iPad, I makes the iPad more like a laptop when using the Bluetooth keyboard. I like the design of the case as well, very simple and sleek. I recommend this product.
