I am disappointed in this case because it is advertised as leather and it is NOT leather. It is definitely vinyl- smells like plastic, looks like plastic, feels like plastic, and if you peel back on the black square you can see that it is vinyl, not leather. The color is nice, and I am sure it works fine as a case. It arrived before my IPad, so I have another week to wait and see how it fits. I think I will keep it because I didn’t pay much for it, but I am not thrilled.

After purchasing the ipad, I wanted to protect it and this fits the bill. There weren’t really many options and many of the covers/cases that I liked weren’t available and were back-ordered. This had the right price and I liked the color, too. It serves it purpose. It is a bit loose on the ipad, but with the snap on top it keeps it secure. I like the back flap that allows it to stand up or be propped up when I’m reading in bed. I’d buy it again.

It works very good for protection and has been to Europe already. It is a little bulky, but makes gripping the shiny iPad easy. The “stand” works fine, but the button has to be on the right side to use it (I like it on the left). The little snap tab is a tiny bit in the way when opened, but mostly OK. In addition to the snap, a magnet hold the case shut.

It’s not the most attractive case with the big black square for the kick-stand, but the case is functional and easier to slide the iPad in/out vs the Apple cover. Also preferred the functional positions of this cover compared to the Apple product.

This case is very easy to use. The ridges on the outside of the case make the use of the built-in stand accomodating for different incline needs.
The Apple Red color is great!
